This book is unlike any other I’ve had the privilege and blessing to write. Its purpose is simple: to encourage you each day to spend a little extra time with the Lord. It’s not meant to replace the Word of God or to take the place of prayer. Rather, it’s designed to bring you encouragement and help you draw a little bit closer to Him.

One of the most important aspects of my Christian faith, which is approaching five decades, is the understanding that drawing closer to God is the answer to everything.
It's about a relationship. Christianity is a living relationship with the living God made possible through the redeeming work of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and the empowerment of the Holy Spirit.
To be more like Jesus, we need to get closer to Jesus.

Without faith, it is impossible to please God because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek him (Hebrews 11:6). The purpose of this book is to encourage people to discover or grow deeper in...The Faith That Pleases God!

Join Dr. David Spoon on a journey from despair to hope, and discover the transformative power of faith. This book is a beacon for anyone struggling with their own battles, showing that no matter how deep the darkness, the light of Jesus can lead the way to a new life.
“A remarkable story of redemption and the boundless grace of God. Dr. Dave's journey will inspire and uplift you.”

This book provides a fresh perspective through the eyes of a Jewish Christian. For too many people, Christianity falls short of being a living relationship with the living God. In this reading, you may not find all the answers to all your problems, but you will be encouraged and challenged to search deeper.

A book for anyone involved in a church as a servant, a leader, a member, or an attendee, and now finds themselves misplaced, lost, confused, wandering, and just wondering Why, God? Has a church burned you? Award-winning author, radio host, and former pastor David Spoon unveils his debut book “BROKEN FOR HIS GLORY” to investigate that very question.
